임차 자격 및 이용규정

Hertz vehicles cannot be driven into and/or dropped off in any African, Asian, Middle-East countries, any island, nor across the borders of or beyond the following countries: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Estonia, Finland, Georgia, Ireland, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine.

All Hertz vehicles, except luxury vehicles, may be driven outside Croatia with special conditions, and only on request from the local Hertz office. The request must be made 5 days prior to the rental pick up date. An additional fee of € 50.00 (including tax) will apply.

Hertz vehicles may not be driven across any of the Croatian borders without prior written approval by Hertz Croatia, except when crossing the Croatia-Bosnia Herzegovina border on the A8 Main Road (Route E65) between Split and Dubrovnik.

Should these restrictions be ignored all insurance (Third Party Liability, CDW, TP, PAI, SCDW, Super Cover), if accepted, shall be deemed null and void. The driver will be held fully responsible in case of damage to, or loss of the vehicle and will bear all consequences, including the cost of repatriation of the damaged vehicle.
