General requirements:

Credit cards are accepted as a method of payment as well as Miscellaneous Charge Order (MCO) / OTTO vouchers and vouchers.

Out of hours pick-up

Out of hours pick-up is available for all vehicle groups but cannot be booked via the Internet. For further information and/or booking, please contact your Reservation Centre. An additional fee of € 72.72 (including tax)  will apply.

Out of hours return

Out of hours return is available for all vehicle groups. Please park the vehicle in the Hertz designated area, note the return time on the rental agreement and leave the keys and the rental agreement in the drop box available at the rental counter.
