General requirements

 Cash is not accepted as a form of payment.

Out of hours pick-up

Out of hours pick-up is available for all vehicle groups. However, this option cannot be booked via the Internet. Please contact your Reservation Centre and provide one acceptable form of payment:

-          OTTO;

-          HCC allowed;

-          Valid credit card with renter's name and expiry date;

-          RCV / ITV Voucher must be accompanied by an accepted credit card in renter's name and expiry date;

-          MCO are only accepted if accompanied by another acceptable method of payment.

An additional fee with the following amount will apply:

Out of hours return

Out of hours return is available.

Please park the vehicle in the car park Parkhaus am Hauptbahnhof - Mannheimer Str. 35, Frankfurt am Main,  on Level 10. Please leave the car park ticket in the car and leave the keys and the rental agreement in the key box located in front of the main building of Frankfurt Main Station (few meters on the left from the main entrance).
