- 500 miles per rental
- 1,000 miles per rental for Silver and Gold Medallion® members
- 1,250 miles per rental for Platinum and Diamond Medallion® members
- SkyMiles discount CDP number: 165385, don't forget to use your SkyMiles number for savings any time you rent.
- Miles can be earned on all qualifying rentals at participating Hertz locations worldwide.
- A flight is not required to earn miles.

- Retroactive Mileage Credit can be requested up to 6 months after rental date by clicking the "Retroactive Credit Form" below.
- For rentals in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canada when the renter chooses to receive miles in the Delta Air Lines SkyMiles program the Frequent Flyer Surcharge will be calculated based on the Federal Excise Tax expense incurred by Hertz when it purchases miles from Delta Air Lines. Under the Tax Relief Act of 1997, all companies that purchase Frequent Flyer miles from airlines must pay a 7.5% Excise Tax on the cost of those miles.
